Happy Birthday America!

We saw our friend Stacey on July 4th, she was visiting from DC. In a trip of nostalgia, we went to a local park that Stacey and I used to go to when we were little. We'd even ride our bikes there. I was thinking that this is probably not done anymore - little kids riding bikes by themselves to the neighborhood park. I guess it depends on the age and where you live, but then again we did lots of stuff in the '70s and '80s you wouldn't do any more.

After spending time with Stacey, we went to see Aunt Rachel and we went swimming. Katie didn't like the pool at first, but after a 30 second nap, she was in a better mood and enjoyed the water. So much fun to see her in the pool!
