Dandelions

I have to credit the NYC parks department for keeping their grass weed free. Sunday really was Katie's first dandelion experience. But I have lot of memories of picking dandelions with Elizabeth so it's kind of funny that my urban child has missed out on this so far. Yes, we thought they were pretty flowers too.

The other day I asked Katie if she might want to be called Kate when she's a grown up and not Katie. "No, I want to be Katie forever. Can you be Mommy forever."
