Thanksgiving pictures

I actually don't have too many pictures from Thanksgiving. I was busy hosting and generally getting stuff ready and Peter took some pictures. Our Thanksgiving was small, me and Peter and Katie and Ann & Alan and Lesley and friends Macki & Paul. Katie didn't want to dress up for the holiday. We watched the parade in the morning - and inspired by her teacher's tradition, I put some cinnamon rolls in the oven for breakfast. Katie saw Snoopy watching the parade and her mind was set for the rest of the day, she had to wear her Snoopy t-shirt. Here's Katie and Papa reading "Busy Town" - Katie's second choice Richard Scarry book, because you know that "What do people do all day" will always come first.

After dinner, Ann and Macki and Lesley helped to tackle the mounds of dishes. Then we went to their friends' house. To Katie, these friends are most important because they are her friend Eli's grandparents. She and Eli had a great time playing.
