July 4th continued

We had some friends over to celebrate July 4th. My friend Sharon started the idea back in April when she was over and suggested that I host a July 4th party, something that she usually did, but our backyard is bigger. We wanted to keep it small so she invited one family and we invited one family.

We kept it simple with hamburgers and veggie burgers and hot dogs. There were 6 kids, 2 2s, 2 4s, and 2 5s and they got along great. At one point, all of the kids were all in Katie's room and all the grown ups were sitting outside.
