Aunt Fachel

"Fachel!" Katie says on the phone. She loves to talk to Aunt Rachel, either one of her many phones or on a phone that actually works. Rachel was free on Saturday night so she came in to have dinner with us. There is a really great barbecue place in Harlem just off the west side highway, so she picked me up, we got take out, and shared a delicious meal together here. Peter and I had both been wanting barbecue for days and it's a lot easier to do when someone's driving. Katie loved seeing Aunt Fachel and they read lots of books together. Aunt Rachel even brought Katie her very own pretty chocolate butterfly cookie. Pictures of messy toddlers are cute as you see.
