Katie and Oma

I keep trying - I wish that I could post a better one of Oma, but it's pretty difficult to get Katie to pose with her. Oma thinks that Katie's afraid of the wheelchair, but I think that Katie's a little more cautious around Oma than other people. It's unfortunate, of course, but as long as she's not downright scared, I'm fine with cautious.

Turns out that after lunch is not a great time for toddlers or the elderly - seems as if they both like to nap after lunch. Katie was a little cranky and Oma was rather fatigued. We still enjoyed our visit - the highlight for Katie being going potty, of course. "Oma has such a beautiful toilet," she told me. Funny kid. Happy to report that we had a successful first panty car trip - even during her nap on the way home.
