Lunch with Daddy

Katie and I were free on Monday morning and we decided to go on a "field trip" to Daddy's office for lunch. The office moved last July to the new New York Times building and it's pretty neat. The firm has a little cafe on the 43rd floor in which we ate and there was a great view of the Empire State Building. It looks like it's across the street but it's actually 6 blocks south and 3 avenues over. Katie thought having lunch with Daddy was a special treat. And of course going on the subway down there was one of the highlights. "Baby Lizzie" joined us on our field trip. Katie's newest thing is that she's renamed her most important babies and puppies for the Berenstain Bears. Baby Lizzie (formerly known as Baby) is named for Lizzie Bruin, Sister Bear's friend.
