"I'm on the subway"

It's probably only urban children who pretend that they're on the subway. I think children's play is based on what they know and Katie does know the bus and the subway. Katie lined up Minnie and Bear and the doll stroller and said she was on the subway going to "New York Park," her pretend version of Central Park. But for the record, we don't take the subway to Central Park, we walk.
