Snow White

Katie decided she wanted to be Snow White for Halloween this year. She had talked about being Snow White last year before she chose Tinkerbell, but this year she followed through. We even searched for a red bow for her to wear.

Katie had fun trick or treating. Nana & Papa came to join us, as did Meadow, and we started around 6:30 while it was still light.

The funny thing was that it was the last day of daylight savings time so it was light out late, but the rest of the neighborhood didn't come alive until it was dark out. We walked around the neighborhood and eventually even joined a group of kids we knew.

After a few blocks, Katie said she wanted to go home, so we did. A little while later, a bunch of Katie's friends knocked on our door for trick or treating. They invited us to join them and Katie had the best time running up to houses with kids she knew well and had played with before. She'll tell you that going with Matty and Zoe was the best part. It was dark and we were out late, but she had a great time.
