December in Dallas

Can you believe this weather is December? And look at the trees behind Katie. The trees turn color here in December. My Northeast based weather-related seasonal cues are off so I have to rely on other things such as the arrival of clementines at the store. While everyone in NY was freezing the past few days, it was beautiful here, high of 69 yesterday. This morning I was sitting out in the sunshine in the backyard. By this afternoon, it had become cloudy, windy, and cool. And this evening it started sleeting. Very neat sound on our new roof.
