Pump it up party

Katie's friend Julia had her birthday party the day after Ryder's. Katie's class is mostly kids born in September through December, which is partly how she is the youngest in her class. So we had a lot of parties for December birthdays.

I was feeling a zillion times better so I made it to this party. I enjoy talking to the other parents and it also reminds me of what a small Jewish world Dallas is. Yet again there was someone I had randomly met and didn't know she knew Julia. And this party had pizza - a staple of NY birthday parties, it's the first time we saw it in Dallas.

Above is Katie going down the big slide with a whole bunch of kids. I actually went down the slide this time. It was pretty big.
