Why we're not in Santa Fe

Here's the view of Ann & Alan's back patio. There's about 2 feet of snow in Santa Fe right now. So instead of being there, we're in NYC. We'll take a 6:45 am flight on New Year's Day, so hopefully we'll get there soon. In the meantime, I can catch up with all the pictures I have to put on the blog. We'll cook a turkey breast for New Year's Eve, open a nice bottle of wine, and have a low key evening, especially because we have to be at the airport so early. We were looking forward to having a yummy dinner and low-key evening with Ann & Alan, but we can do that the next night.
