A fun weekend for Katie!

Nana and Papa came to visit this weekend! Katie had such a good time. We went to Central Park and to the beach and out to dinner. And then Katie had a playdate just with Nana and then she brought Nana to her Monday afternoon playgroup. What fun.

On our way to Central Park, we stopped our favorite little local gelato place. It's literally a hole in the wall on 94th St. Here's Katie eating passionfruit sorbet with Papa.

As I've mentioned one other time, there are swings in Central Park that are the only swings that both Katie and Meadow can both visit. Saturday was a beautiful day so we took a walk with the grandparents and Meadow to the park. We went to see the turtles at Turtle Pond. Turns out that the pond was covered with leaves so you could barely see the turtles except where they made tracks through the leaves. Nana thought this would be an artistic picture.
