Aunt Lesley in the city

After seeing Oma, we went to see Aunt Lesley in the city, before she left for Dallas. We had a nice lunch with her and Matt and then went to Madison Square Park to the playground. I love the picture - and Katie looks so city chic in her new jacket.

We'd never been to the playground at Madison Square Park. The thing about playgrounds in the city is that they are a daily destination, not a weekly one, like in Dallas. Though every time we go to a playground, we sort of feel as if Katie's growing out of it and wonder what we would do next if we still lived in the city. Playgrounds are a child oasis in the city, though it seems as if the are age limited, especially if you don't have any friends with you.
