Balloons!!!!

Possibly my most favorite NYC thing to do is to see the balloons inflated on the night before Thanksgiving. This year, we got to take Katie. She loved it!!! "I saw Abby Cadaby and Dora and the frog and Mr. Potato Head." It was very exciting. In fact, when we walked up from Broadway she said to me, "I'm so excited." That's a word she hasn' t really used before.

It was a beautiful and warm night in NY and I definitely remember seeing the balloons when it was freezing and I wore thermals. So this was a treat. The crowds, however, were not a treat. Oh well. Katie had such a great time. Above you can see Shrek. And we saw the Mayor too.
