Shabbat Shalom

Katie's school has a big all-school Shabbat on Friday mornings. Everyone sings songs, one of the temple's 4 rabbis or the cantor tells a story. It's a fun event that parents can come to and I've been to most of them so far. If Katie's in a grumpy morning mood, Shabbat definitely perks her up. Last Friday was the Sammy Spiders' turn to lead the pledge and the blessings. If you look at this picture, you'll see that Katie is about the tallest and that the 3 girls in the class are standing together. Katie and Julia have their hands on their necks instead of over their hearts.
