Milkshake!

A little late in blogging this. We had such a good time at the Milkshake concert last week. Almost as soon as the concert started, Katie was up and dancing. She soon went to the stage and joined the "kiddie mosh pit." Okay, not that bad, but all the little kids were up in front of the stage dancing and having a great time. Katie was so into it. It was so much fun to watch. And as long as she could see Mommy or Daddy out of the corner of her eye, she was completely confident and danced away.

One of Milkshake's best known songs is called "Bottle of Sunshine" and they brought out a bottle filled with yellow confetti. I think this was a highlight for Katie. And kiddie concerts are pretty amazing. The kids aren't self-conscious, the girls dress up in tutus, and everyone has fun. If you look carefully, you can see Katie in both of these pictures in her striped dress.
