Maine 2008

We went to Maine for July 4th weekend. The weather was warm and sunny and beautiful - much better than here and much better than other past summer trips to Maine. Our trip was a last minute decision. My parents and Rachel were up there and we thought it would be fun to join them, especially because we can't go Labor Day this year, our usual Maine time. We couldn't get into the inn my family stays at, but we had a wonderful solution. Peter and I stayed at the inn next door and Katie stayed with my parents.

Highlights of the trip were going to the beach and hanging out on the lawn with my family. Peter enjoyed lobster for dinner and lobster rolls for lunch.
